FAQ – Retailers

Payment terms will be indicated on your invoice upon its issuance prior to delivery of the units. These terms will be determined on the basis of the credit analysis conducted when the account is opened. General payment terms are net 30 days.

Payment can be made in 4 ways:
1. Bank Transfer;
2. Swift Transfer;
3. Check;
4. Credit card (Please note that credit card payments will only be authorized for invoices of $3500 before taxes or less).

For all purchases of $8,000 or more at the same address, delivery is free. Free delivery is calculated taking into consideration discounts and is therefore the net dollar value before taxes.

It is possible to make an appointment to pick up your merchandise free of charge at the MOS warehouses in Quebec City.

There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ). However, the quantity you initially order during the booking period will determine your discount level for the year.

For any restocking orders placed outside the booking period, the retailer will benefit from the same discount level previously determined for booking orders. If the retailer has not placed an order during the booking period, the base price will apply.

Discounts during booking period:

• Primary: 2% discount (Amount to qualify < $3,499)
  
• Standard: 4% discount (Amount to qualify $3,500-$7,999)
  
• Essential: 5% + free delivery (Amount to qualify > $8000)
