Terms and conditions of sale

No refunds. Account credit only.
A charge of 2% per month (24% per year) applies for overdue amounts.
A fee of $50 per unit returned to inventory (restocking) will be charged for any product returned to MOS.
All returns and exchanges of merchandise must be approved by MOS before proceeding with the return of merchandise, a number return authorization form will then be provided.

Approval

The undersigned stands surety for the Buyer towards the Seller. As such, the undersigned guarantees the joint and several reimbursement of any sum that the Buyer owes or will owe to the Seller.
